These terms govern your use of the Listen Unbound iOS app and website at listenunbound.com ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Listen Unbound is a free audiobook app that streams public-domain books with AI-generated narration. We provide the Service as-is and may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

Accounts

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account, as it is used for magic-link authentication.

Content

All audiobooks available through Listen Unbound are public-domain literary works. The AI-generated audio narrations are our original productions. You may listen to audiobooks for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the audio narrations.

In-App Purchases

Listen Unbound offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. This purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests for in-app purchases should be directed to Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or bulk-access audio content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The underlying literary texts are in the public domain. The Listen Unbound app, website, brand, interface design, and AI-generated audio narrations are our intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all audiobook titles will remain available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
